Shipping Fees

To know the exact shipping fees, place an order. The prize exact will appear before the step of payment.

For example, a corset usually weigh between 300-350 gr..
If you live in:
Europe your fees are: 11.65 Euros
Rest the world: 13.84 Euros

Delivery Times

Gothic Clothing dispatch your order in 3 or 20 days after your payment cleared, depend on if the item is in our shop or store. This does not include delivery time (3-20 days), and we are not responsible for any delays caused by post-offices or courier services.

All orders will be sent to the delivery address which the customer register. The customers are the only responsible for their addresses are correctly and complete. If you make a mistake, you must send us the good address immediately (less than 2 hours after placing your order). If post-office or courier returns a parcel for a mistake in your address, you will have to pay the shipping fees again.

When you place your order Gothic Clothing will put your ticket in your account with the instruction to be paid

You can pay with Gift certificates by our shop or/and Gothikas. You can pay with more than one of our gift vouchers. They are not refundable. They are not changed by money. When you change, return or cancel something from your order, we will give you another gift voucher, with the value after charge all applicable fees.

You use our coupons discount in your purchase. You can't use more than one by order. They are not refundable. They are not changed by money. When you change, return or cancel something from your order, we won't give you its value again.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, after paying it:

• If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped (in process status), we will charge a 10% cancellation fee + Paypal fees.

• If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped (in delivery status), please follow our Return & Exchanges policies. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees + Paypal fees
 

Returns and Exchanges policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase you made at our gothic shop, you can simply return it unused and in perfect state within 15 days (email us before start the process) and we will give you either an exchange, credit or full refund on your goods. The postage and packaging costs will not be refunded.

If you wish to exchange for a different item, postage and packing costs will be charged again.

- Gift certificates or coupons discount are not refundable. We will give you another gift voucher or coupon discount, with the value after charge all applicable fees.

- It's not possible either to exchange or get a refund on items that are on sale.

- You can't return items in worse conditions (for example: altered, aundered or worn textiles, clothes,...), you will have to pay damages.

- Due to health regulations, we regret that we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel.

- Wrong or defective goods must be returned within 15 days from the delivery date, then please return it in it original packaging and condition for a refund or exchange

- Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of the postage for returning or exchanging the item. So you will have to pay the shipping fees again, to send it and receive it.

- Gothic Clothing reserve the right to refuse any returns for our reasons

- We will not be liable for any damages caused when you wear our clothes.
