ORDER STATUS IN GOTHIC CLOTHING |

Your Order Status
When you place an order you can know all the
time what is the status of your order.
Login
in your account and you will get all that info:
Pending: Your order
have not been checked by our shop assistants
yet. Soon we will get an email. Don't forget
check your spam folder from your email.
Pending Payment: When our shop assistant
check your order. They put in your account your
ticket with the instructions for the payment. So
you don't loose your pass.
Process: in 3-20 days we will send you
your order. We will send you and email and we
will tell you the date which we could send you.
Delivered: We have send you your order
and you will receive at your home in 4 -15 / 20
days (depend on your postal office) If you don't
receive your order in 30 days after we have
delivered,
email us
immediately.
Gothic Clothing will send you an email when we accept your
order and when we will send you your order, the
date which you could receive it. Remember we
usually ship all our order in 3-15 or 20 days
depend on the item. Gothic Clothing will send you your order
and you will receive at your home in aprox. 2
weeks (depend on the postal office of your
country)
